Tattoo machine operation process

1. Start the tattoo machine and form a closed loop through the connection of the contact points. The flow of current inside the machine makes the coil become a magnetic pole.
2. The armature is attracted by the electromagnet and pulled down, and the tattoo needle also pulls down in response to the armature. When the armature and the spring piece move downward, the contact points separate and the circuit is disconnected.
3. When the circuit is disconnected, the armature and the shrapnel jump upward, and the contact point on the shrapnel bounces back to its original position, forming a closed loop again, thus reciprocating.
